clean room quick snacks
The hotel is very clean I noticed. Rooms are big enough, great. Three 7-11's are within a minute, one is just above the hotel. This made getting quick snacks easy for my family.
Front desk staff could smile more often. Some looked angry.

spacious room stocked toiletry airport bus unsmiling staff hostile attitude slow housekeeping
my room was very spacious. it was also well stocked with toiletry items. the hotel offers a bus service to the airport (narita) which was a definite plus for me.
the front desk staff didn't smile much. some of them seemed almost hostile. housekeeping was also slow, and i had to remind them to send water a few times.

Really good Stay Near Shibuya Crossing
generous size great location luggage placement
i was grateful for the room's generous size, it was perfect for my family. the location was a great advantage (especially considering it's close to shibuya station). i loved that the staff had already placed our luggage in the room before our arrival.
the wifi connection was a bit unreliable. it disconnected every day. reconnecting was sometimes a bit of a hassle, but overall the stay was perfect.

the staff was very helpful in organizing the luggage transfer to our next location. they provided efficient and courteous service at every interaction. their assistance ensured a smooth and enjoyable experience.

the fitness center included modern equipment. i found one of the best fitness facilities i've experienced in a city hotel. the facilities contributed positively to my overall stay.

excellent stay
spacious room great view convenient location super clean cleanliness
the room was spacious with great views. it was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. airport limousine buses stop here making airport transfers super easy. i found the walking distance to shibuya scramble, shopping, restaurants and transport links very convenient.
the reception staff was not overly cute upon arrival.

i enjoyed the wagyu steak at the top restaurant. the restaurant is located on the higher floors, so it has fine views. the breakfast options were diverse and catered to different tastes.
